This condensing high efficiency gas tankless water heater sets the standard in both form and function. Energy Star qualified with an energy factor of .95, a built-in temperature controller with advanced diagnostics, and a heat exchanger constructed of commercial grade copper are only a few of the features that combine to assure you never take another cold shower, or waste money while uncomfortably waiting for one. With specifications such as zero clearance venting and an outstanding output of 180,000 BTU’s and up to 150 psi of water pressure, it’s difficult not to appreciate every aspect of this appliance that is designed to smile back at you.

Direct Vent:The TH3SDV direct vent tankless water heater enables your system to be installed in tight spaces indoors without the worry of combustion. Coupled with an allowable PVC venting system, this condensing tankless water heater requires little space, as it draws and expels its air from outside. All of this functionality and efficiency are seamlessly controlled by a self-diagnostic computer system and controller, making it simple enough for anyone to use.
